As a nonprofit working to serve the underprivileged and carry out urgent on-ground programs, funds are often allocated immediately to various causes such as food distribution, medical assistance, and animal rescue. Once a donation is processed, it is difficult to reverse or recover the amount. We understand that mistakes can happen, and while we deeply sympathize, we are unable to offer refunds.
